1 Platform Nature

KnightHawk is a technology platform that provides automated trade execution tools. The platform connects to Telegram channels you are a member of, reads trade-related messages, and executes orders on broker accounts you configure.

KnightHawk provides software infrastructure only. It is not a financial advisory service, investment manager, portfolio manager, broker, or trading signal provider.

2 No Financial Advice

KnightHawk does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any form of advisory services.

All trading decisions — including whether to connect a signal channel, what capital to allocate, and when to enable or disable live execution — are made solely by the user at their own discretion and risk.

Nothing displayed on the KnightHawk platform (including trade history, P&L statistics, win rates, or performance metrics) constitutes a recommendation to trade or invest.

3 No Portfolio Management

KnightHawk does NOT manage user funds, portfolios, or brokerage accounts.

Users connect their own broker accounts and remain fully responsible for all trades executed through those accounts. KnightHawk places orders on your behalf using API credentials you provide — it has no authority to withdraw funds or transfer assets.

4 No Affiliation With Telegram Groups

KnightHawk does NOT operate, manage, endorse, or support any Telegram trading groups, signal groups, or third-party communities.

Any Telegram group claiming association with KnightHawk without official confirmation at knighthawk.online is unauthorized and should be treated with caution.

KnightHawk is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, or outcome of any signals posted in Telegram channels — regardless of whether those channels are connected to the platform.

5 Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets, including cryptocurrency, derivatives, equities, and commodities, involves substantial risk of loss.

You may lose part or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your standard of living or financial obligations.

Past performance displayed on the KnightHawk dashboard — whether in paper trading mode or live trading mode — does not guarantee or indicate future results.

6 Automation Risk

Automated trading systems may fail or behave unexpectedly due to:

• Technical failures in the platform or underlying infrastructure
• Internet or network connectivity interruptions
• Broker API errors, rate limits, or service outages
• Unexpected market conditions or circuit breaker events
• Incorrectly formatted or ambiguous signal messages
• Changes to Telegram's API or a signal channel's message format

KnightHawk is not responsible for losses caused by automation failure, broker API errors, connectivity issues, or any third-party service disruptions.

7 User Responsibilities

By using KnightHawk, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Configuring your broker account correctly and maintaining valid API credentials
• Securing your API keys — never sharing them with third parties
• Determining appropriate capital allocation for each trade and signal channel
• Monitoring your open positions and overall account health
• Understanding the rules of the Telegram channels you connect
• Ensuring your use of automated trading complies with your broker's terms of service
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations on trading profits

8 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use KnightHawk. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that use of automated trading tools is legally permitted in your jurisdiction. KnightHawk makes no representations regarding the legality of its use in any particular country or region.

9 Subscription and Payments

KnightHawk offers a Free Plan (paper trading, no charge) and a Pro Plan (live trading, ₹1,500/month or 1,000 Telegram Stars).

Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments processed via Telegram Stars are subject to Telegram's payment terms. KnightHawk does not store payment card information.

Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10 No Guarantee of Profit

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

KnightHawk makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of profitability, performance, or any specific outcome from using the platform. The display of historical trade performance is for informational purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KnightHawk, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Trading losses of any kind
• Errors in signal parsing or order execution
• Platform downtime or technical failures
• Actions or omissions of third-party brokers or Telegram channel operators

The maximum liability of KnightHawk to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and materials on knighthawk.online are the intellectual property of KnightHawk. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

13 Regulatory Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of KnightHawk and any trading activity complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction — including but not limited to securities regulations, derivatives trading rules, and taxation requirements.

KnightHawk is not registered as a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution in any jurisdiction.

14 Account Termination

KnightHawk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Users may delete their account at any time from the settings panel.

15 Changes to Terms

KnightHawk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated with each revision. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
