2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your broker account password or PIN
- We do not have access to withdraw funds from your broker account
- We do not collect payment card details (payments via Telegram Stars are processed by Telegram)
- We do not read Telegram messages from your private chats — only the signal channels you explicitly configure
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- We do not use your trade data to inform trades for other users
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Authentication: Verifying your identity via Telegram Login to secure your account
- Service Delivery: Reading configured Telegram channels, parsing signals, and placing orders on your broker
- Performance Tracking: Calculating P&L, win rates, and displaying your trading statistics on the dashboard
- Customer Support: Diagnosing issues using logs when you report a problem
- Security: Detecting unauthorized access attempts or abnormal usage patterns
- Service Improvement: Aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve parsing accuracy and reliability
4. Data Storage and Security
KnightHawk stores data on secure servers. Broker API tokens are stored encrypted using industry-standard encryption. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
KnightHawk is deployed on infrastructure that you (the user) control — the platform is designed for self-hosting. If you are running your own KnightHawk instance, you are responsible for the security of the underlying server and database.
We do not guarantee that your data will never be breached — no online service can make that guarantee. We will notify users of any confirmed breach that affects personal data as required by applicable law.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
- Broker APIs: Order details are transmitted to your connected broker (Zerodha, Delta Exchange, CoinDCX) as required to execute trades. This is the core function of the service.
- AI Parsing: Signal messages may be sent to Mistral AI's API for parsing. These are Telegram channel messages (not your personal messages) and contain only trading signal text.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
6. Data Retention
Trade records and performance history are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except for records required to be retained for legal or compliance purposes.
Log files are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security monitoring purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
- Portability: Request your trade data in a machine-readable format (CSV)

8. Cookies and Tracking
KnightHawk uses a minimal session cookie for authentication after login. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
The site may include Google AdSense advertisements, which use cookies to serve relevant ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
9. Children's Privacy
KnightHawk is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us at support@knighthawk.online and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
